Hendersonville, Tennessee — December 10, 2021.  CRE Chief Counsel, Nate Kellum sat down with Governor Mike Huckabee on his show to discuss Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, a case which is currently before the Supreme Court and could overturn Roe v. Wade.  You can watch the exclusive interview by visiting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbF4hy7tXDI&t=28s

Oral arguments for Dobbs took place in the Supreme Court on December 1, 2021 and Mr. Kellum was in D.C. during the time of the arguments and attended the Pro-Life rally that took place outside of the Supreme Court.  On Huckabee, Mr. Kellum gave insight on where the Supreme Court justices seemed to be leaning, where this case could go, and CRE’s involvement in this case.

CRE filed an amicus brief, challenging the viability standard and asked the court to overrule Roe v. Wade.  For more information on CRE’s involvement in this case, please visit: https://crelaw.org/peoplewehelp/cre-weighs-in-on-supreme-court-case-that-could-overturn-roe-v-wade/
